Kingdom of Gods

A sea gull told mute tales, of its quiet search and desolation..

the wind wrote lines of love on every pore, every nerve-ending..

impatient with clothes, it penned the unreality of bodies.. calling Earth, a kingdom of  Gods, waiting to happen..

debating the hand of Buddha, the footprint of Mahavira.. Guru Nanak and Jesus.. Mohammed and Krishna..

pointing at the moon, snuggled sleepily within a rosy blanket.. it questioned reality, and its comprehension..

sacred bells rang incessantly, creating vibrations to secret doorways..

blinking as if in sleep, the buildings seeming like turrets of a divine palace..

my spirit excited to fly with the parrots.. heard the sea gull speak finally, a happy sound, as it flew by with its lost mate by its side..

the sun rose to drum beats pulsing the unique heartbeat of every life..

Hopscotch

Silence danced with the wind,  flying with the parrots,  hearing the crow regale tales of discriminatory woes..  tip-toeing over rosy fields...
